One Of The Hardest Habits To Break

In my life, I have had very few 'bad habits.' I was never much of a drinker, and I've never done drugs. I grew up in the 70's and 80's when smoking was something that everyone did freely, without restrictions. It was not an "issue" and most people seemed relatively healthy.

As I went through middle school years, we were taught about how damaging smoking was to the body, esp. the lungs. We even had a science type experience where we got to touch (animal) lungs destroyed by nicotine and healthy pink lungs. Needless to say, I learned a lot that day, much to my parent's dismay.

I ended up being the poster girl for NO SMOKING around our house. We owned a little store and many customers would come in, relax and have a cigarette. I think I got on everyone's nerves for quite awhile, back then.

Unfortunately, I didn't stay the "Poster Girl" and when life dealt me a bad hand, I took up the nasty habit. That was in 1992. It's been 16 years and I have struggled to quit for most of that time.

I stumbled across a program one day called "FreshStart". It is a new way to stop smoking without heroics, without drugs. The FreshStart™ method takes no will power or heroics. That’s because you will enjoy a gentle hypnotic state – where you’re fully awake and in control – to remove your cravings and turn you into a non smoker…forever.

I am very encouraged by this program and will share periodic updates with you. I hope that you will come back after you get your own FreshStart™ and update myself and my readers.
